Such a lovely moment in Paris with Kristen Cook for her 1rst Newborn Workshop

Last summer I had the opportunity to attend three fantastic workshops specialized in newborn natural light photography. Recently I wrote about one of them : the bump and baby workshop organized by Anya (Anya Maria Photography) . These workshops are for me a personal approach in my professional development, always motivated by the desire to offer my clients the best of myself.

Today I want to share with you one of the most rewarding photographic lesson I experienced emotionally, artistically and humanly speaking : the workshop organized in Paris by Kristen Cook. This day alongside the famous Australian photographer remains my little treasure , a dream that came true, and now, looking back to my portfolio, I’m still over the moon… It seemed so unbelievable, in such a short period of time, to manage to get together some of my favorite european newborn photographers. But guess what… on this special day for her , Kristen was able to do so, to create this special day. It was written … So I finally was abble to meet those photographers and it really was a pleasure being with all of them: Hélène (Hélène Douchet our host ) , Aline (Aline Deguy Photography) , Anne (Anne Del Socorro ) , Francesca (Francesca DB Photography) , Magali (Magali Tinti) , Stephanie (Wide Open Photography) and Serena ( Serena Genovese Photography) .

It all started with a detail, and that’s how the artist wrote the story … the story of life, the story of a family.

Please do not hesitate to go meet her in New York for her next workshop in September, there might be some places left … Here is a great destination for your next hollidays! Otherwise you have the opportunity to meet her at the Click Away Convention in Salt Lake City.

I loved every second, I hung onto every word she said, tears quietly rolled down my cheeks (and I wasn’t the only one…),  so it was pure emotion. It wasn’t about newborn posing, it wasn’t to learn how to use our camera, it was more than that. It was an open mind, a way to change your vision, an invitation inside oneself. It was breathtaking! The kind of memories that still gives you chills almost one year later.

Thank you again Kristen for this amazing day with you. This workshop meant a lot for you but you can´t imagine how it also was for me. You touched deeply my heart and I know it will change my vision forever. Thank you so much for being so generous, helpful…
